Yes! Most bike paths allow electric bikes. Unless you're riding irresponsibly, you will be more than welcome on most bike paths across Canada. Check your local bylaws to confirm that this is the case in your area.
Some bike paths and trails specifically prohibit the use of Ebikes, so pay attention to signs posted before you enter.
