If you have pre-ordered an Alter Ego Electric Bike or Adrenaline Kick Scooter, we provide regular updates via email. You can check our current order status by going to our Order Status page on our website. You will be required to enter the following info:
- Order Number
- Email Address
Once your product has been shipped, you can use the Tracking Number that was emailed to you when we shipped your order for live updates from the shipping company directly.
