All of our bikes are designed with Service & Maintenance in mind, so if you are not located in the Lower Mainland area of BC, any local bike shop can service and maintain your bike.
HIGH-TECH COMPONENTS: BOOK A SERVICE
If any of the electrical portion of your bike fails, we have easy replacement of most components that you can do yourself. If you are local, we are happy to service all high-tech components at our Service Department.

VeloFix, which is likely in your area, is a great start! Their service is unique as they come to your home or office to service your bike. Check them out!
Always consult with your local bike shop if you require repairs or maintenance. We are here for online support, willing to assist remotely and in-store. In the rare situation where we are unable to remedy the situation remotely or a local bike shop is unable to repair your bike, we can have our Service Department have a look at it by having your product shipped back to us.
